The information presented in this layer of the model is designed for staff working directly with persons on supervision and who are responsible for supporting behavior change work, monitoring progress, and reporting on and enforcing compliance. Community supervision staff have a powerful impact on persons on supervision by helping them achieve goals, complete supervision, and improve their quality of life. In addition to CSOs, other groups that would find this information applicable include case managers, reentry specialists, and employment and/or housing specialists, among others.
