Moms and Babies Program

The Moms and Babies program allows qualified mothers to keep their newborn babies with them in prison for a specific amount of time. During the first 5 years not a single participant in the program has returned to prison. Child development aids help each mother in applying for food stamps, medical insurance and other assistance.
