Millicent Fenwick House

Millicent Fenwick House is a residential community release program for incarcerated women with substance abuse and mental health issues. The following services are provided: substance abuse counseling, didactic lectures, vocational counseling, parenting skills, mental health, furloughs, community service and drug relapse prevention. Program Population

Women on supervised release, women with substance abuse issues, women with children.

Program Capacity

50 women at any given time.
