Transitional Housing - Schirmer House

Schirmer House is home to 32 women and transgender individuals with justice involvement (on supervision, in a diversion program, or with pending criminal charges). Keyway provides wraparound services to Schirmer participants on their paths toward housing stability, financial security, emotional wellness, and community engagement. Services include basic needs, housing, behavioral health services, life skills and vocational support, and case management. Participants must be able to independently manage personal hygiene, mobility, and eating. They must also adhere to physical and mental health treatment plans.
