Closure

The time has come for the person on supervision to move on with their lives and close out their supervision journey. It is an important time, and we want to make sure we help them transition successfully to post-supervision life. Remember, our goal is not only to help them comply while on probation but thrive once they have completed probation. To help facilitate this transition successfully, we will prepare the person on supervision to continue moving forward with their success plan. We do so remembering that we also want to help them navigate the closure of our formal relationship and connect them to community partners. Making sure that the person on supervision successfully transitions to post-supervision life is important to continue the progress that has been made over the period of supervision.
