Women's Visiting Cottage

The goal of Family Reunification House is to provide women with a supervised opportunity to practice skills learned in parenting class and discussed in parenting support groups so that the participant may become a more active parent. By maintaining and strengthening the relationship between the parent and child, the program will help reduce the stress/frustration of women as they have more regular quality time with their children. The program also helps reduce the child’s criminogenic risk factors. Volunteers and staff provide programs, including skill building, basic education, and reintegration information to support groups.
