Millicent Fenwick House
Millicent Fenwick House is a residential community release program for incarcerated women with substance abuse and mental health issues. The following services are provided: substance abuse counseling, didactic lectures, vocational counseling, parenting skills, mental health, furloughs, community service and drug relapse prevention. Program Population:
Women on supervised release, women with substance abuse issues, women with children.
Program Capacity:
50 women at any given time.
