Transitional Housing

There are two kinds of transitional housing—one is for Free At Last’s day reporting center participants who are on parole and the other is for participants transitioning from Free At Last’s residential treatment housing. There are seven houses in operation and the shared supportive environment houses participants up to 18 months.

Program Population: 

Women who are transitioning out of Free At Last’s residential treatment program, women on parole. All participants must have a job and/or be in school and must have completed a drug treatment program of some kind.

Program Capacity: 

30 women per year.

Program Funding Source: 

County contracts, individual donors, transitional housing residents self pay.
