Our services are primarily for individuals, agencies, and organizations that work
in or are directly related to the field of corrections. This includes
those employed by a correctional agency, working with correctional agencies, or
are responsible for influencing or supporting the field of corrections.

- Locating documents, articles, policies, training material, videos, and resources
relating to specific corrections-related topics and issues.
- Getting answers to questions about NIC's services, programs, and activities.
- Getting copies of material from our library that are not available online (copyright
allowing).
Probably Not
- Legal questions or advice.
- NIC does not provide direct services for ex-offenders, offenders, and related individuals.
- Responding to or forwarding grievances, complaints, whistle-blowing, etc.
- Answering non-corrections related questions.
